Farid Yandouz has 17 years of professional experience in change management, transformation and project leadership. Since 7 years, he is working as change and transformation consultancy lead for several large companies in Europe, Africa & the Middle East such as BNP Paribas (Africa Operations), Banque Centrale Populaire (8 Countries), Carrefour Group, Bank of Africa, Saham Group (7 Countries), Vivo Energy (Shell), and Danone. He is a lecturer and executive coach for master-level students at HEC School of Management in Belgium (www.hec.ulg.ac.be). Mr Yandouz is author of 50+ articles around leadership, change and management development in several publications (Check collection at www.yandouz.com). He is managing a team of consultants in charge of delivering more than 1500 consultancy days per year for 135 clients (40% Banks, 20% Telecom Operators, 40% Government, Services and Industrial companies) in more than 30 countries. Previously, He spent six years with Intel Corporation as North Africa Regional Manager (Sales, Distribution, Channel). He also contributed to the business and sales development of Intel in the region, and developed expansion plans to African French-speaking countries. Before that, he spent four years in Paris, Brussels, and Rabat within Orange - Mobistar, Nokia and Devoteam as an analyst, then as engineering project manager. Mr Yandouz obtained the prestigious Chevening Scholarship in 2003 (financed by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office). He graduated with a Master of Science in Operational Management with Distinction from Coventry University. He also holds an IT & Telecom Engineering Degree from INPT Engineering School. Mr Yandouz is also certified Change Manager by ESSEC business School.
